Transaction Design and Execution 

Students will be exposed to high-level transactional modes typically underlying the development and commercialization process. Specific skills covered include:

Developing Terms - identifying the key drivers and requirements for a functional transaction in the fields of Technology Licensing, Collaborative Development and Financial Investment.

Structuring a Functional Agreement - working from general terms to a more comprehensive terms and conditions necessary to accomplish the goals of a given transaction.
